Our Goals
- To Implement the Clinical Service Framework for Optimising Cancer Care in NSW (2003).
- To successfully plan the design and implementation of the new Cancer Centre.
- Develop a fulfilled, enthusiastic and innovative healthy Cancer Services workforce.
- Develop robust governance, management and operational structures for Cancer Services.
- Prioritise the human needs of our cancer patients, families and staff.
- Gain feedback from patients, carers, the community and staff.
- Be a powerhouse of teaching excellence in Cancer care and control.
- To provide technically excellent care.
- Doing research that makes a difference to cancer care and control.
The above goals were raised and endorsed at the Strategic Planning Day held February 2004.
