Net Adolescent Pregnancy Services Connect (NAPSConnect)
Blacktown Hospital
Blacktown Hospital provides a dedicated service for pregnant adolescents 19 years and under, and their families. Several clinics are facilitated each week and supported by a dedicated midwife. Childbirth Education sessions are also facilitated especially for young pregnant women and their support people. An Outreach Clinic for pregnant adolescents is also facilitated at Mt Druitt Hospital twice a month. The cultural needs of the young mums are also sensitively addressed through the clinics.
