Sydney West Area Health Service is seeking comments from members of the community about some documents we are currently working on. These documents are about engaging consumers, carers and community in health care evaluation and development.
We invite you to read the policies about Consumer Engagement and Consumer Rights and Responsibilities, and review the Rights and Responsibilities brochure. To send us your comments, simply complete the Evaluation Form or send us an e-mail with your comments to: ahac@wsahs.nsw.gov.au
Comments on the following draft documents have now closed. Thank you to all those people who provided feedback. Once these documents are formally endorsed they will be made available on the Sydney West Area Health Service internet and the Area Health Advisory Council website.
