Graduate Certificate in Specialty Nursing (GCSN) - Cancer & Electives (AIS & XRT)
Semester 1 & 2
The GCSN-Cancer program is delivered via multiple teaching-learning modes. Over 80 hours of lecture materials are available on this website in 'Course Content' on this OLCEN'07 website.
Lecture materials include a series of 'Orientation' lectures to assist students to understand the benefits of 'flexible learning' opportunities.
Students are issued with a username and password as well as provided with telephone assistance to access lecture material via computer.
Lectures are recorded in rich media powerpoint, video, audio and mp3 formats for downloading off the website and available in 'Course Content' on the OLCEN'07 website with a student username and password.
Site visits will be arranged to cancer services in Blacktown, Nepean, Westmead, Newcastle and other hospitals or community centres for students to meet their learning objectives.
Optional workshops are provided also and recommended for students who are able to attend (Details below).
